Local MP encourages involvement in Spending Challenge

James Morris, MP for Halesowen and Rowley Regis, has lent his support to the ongoing Spending Challenge being run by the government, and is actively encouraging local people to get involved.The Spending Challenge offers anyone and everyone the opportunity to suggest ideas which can help shape the way the government works. The ideas submitted will be considered and the best will be included within the upcoming Spending Review, which is being concluded on October 20th. James Morris said: “'I believe strongly in greater community and local involvement in politics. This is a great opportunity for anyone to offer their say on the future direction of the country and I strongly urge residents of Halesowen and Rowley Regis to share their ideas.”
